Best pet store ever! We live in Biloxi, Ms but was headed back from picking our grandson up in Montgomery and decided to swing by and let him see the animals. He loved being able to pet and hold some of the birds, bunnies and reptiles they have. My had no intentions of buying anything but we fell in love with the sweetest sun conure ever and after about 45 minutes of deliberation we decided it needed to come home with us!

My wife makes me pick up baby mice here every Friday so she can feed a snake at her work on Saturdays. 10/10 on the baby mice based on my limited experience. They also have a bunch of birds that I hang out with while waiting for the baby mice. Pro tip: read carefully when there...I thought this big-ass white bird was on sale because I read "Clearance" on the sign but apparently his name is "Clarence" and he is actually a she. Very confusing but the bird made great company while I was waiting. We discussed several important topics including the pros and cons of a bipartisanship in the US, foods to promote a healthy gut biome, and our favorite cars.

Purchased a sweet ferret from here, they come fully vaccinated ready to go to a new home. Yes they are a little more expensive, but they’re not from a backyard breeder like other places might be. They are worth the price from BB! Only complaint is their cages and other animal supplies is really high compared to any other pet store. Aside from that I do like the pet store, friendly staff

Great neighborhood pet store where they let you pet the birds, rabbits, guinea pigs and gerbils on site. There's really no other pet store like it. The staff are mostly all very helpful and kind. They have a great variety of pet supplies and on the weekends they host pet adoption events in front of their store for dogs. We are lucky to have a store like this in Mobile!

Always love going in here! I've been going on her for over 30 years, and it's the same as is always been. Great customer service and love interacting with the animals! I wish we could still hold all the bunnies and things freely, though.

I can’t say enough great things about this pet store! After calling 10 different stores near me with no luck, they were the only one that had Axolotls — and at a fantastic price! Even though it was a bit of a longer drive, it was absolutely worth it. They had everything we needed to get our Axolotl properly set up, and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell they truly care about their animals. They also had a great selection of other future pets! Im so glad we chose to do business with them — we will definitely be back!

I wish I knew the employees name from today because BIG kudos to them. They were beyond kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely so caring towards the animals. Really heart warming to see. Thank you for taking your time to not only teach us about the animals but be kind enough to create an experience for us. Favorite pet store around !!
